From One Van in 2018 to a Licensed Fleet on Sheikh Zayed Road
ChillFreez began in 2018, when Muhammad Shoaib Ahmed Gul started running refrigerated deliveries in Dubai and saw the same problem on every route: businesses that needed temperature-controlled vehicles were renting converted cargo vans with portable coolers — and losing product to the UAE summer. He built the business around a simple rule: only purpose-built refrigerated vehicles, only cold chain work, nothing else.
Today that business is Chill Freez Transport L.L.C, incorporated in Dubai and licensed by the Department of Economy & Tourism for exactly two activities — Transport by Refrigerator Trucks and Refrigerator Trucks Rental. The rule hasn’t changed. We don’t rent dry vans, we don’t do house moves, we don’t broker other people’s vehicles. If it doesn’t hold a setpoint, it isn’t in our fleet.

What We Run
Toyota Hiace chiller and freezer vans (~1-ton payload) for city distribution — chiller units holding an adjustable 0°C to +8°C, freezer units at -18°C to -22°C — and 3-ton Mitsubishi Canter chiller and freezer trucks for bulk and inter-emirate loads. Every vehicle is registered with Dubai RTA as a refrigerated vehicle, owned by the company, insured, and sanitized with a documented temperature check before each handover.
